Clarity for Lungs, Peace for Breath

Breath of Mercy – Herbal Chest Rub

Can help with asthma, COPD, and Lung Congestion recovery from pheumonia, brochitis, and other respriatory infections to Cold and influenza recovery.

Read more to see why I created this rub:

Nine years ago, eczema covered my back. The dermatologist offered one option—nothing else. I tried antihistamines, pills, creams, prayers. Still, the itch persisted. I researched. I blended. I waited. Then I found Scotch Pine. It worked. I applied it every two hours, watching the rash migrate—top to bottom, then back again. I didn’t give up. I knew what I had seen, what I had felt, and what others had endured. After six weeks—maybe two months—I healed. That’s why I created this blend. Because I refuse to watch people suffer lifelong pain when mercy is possible. This balm is my testimony. It’s for every skin that aches, every soul that waits, and every body that deserves relief.”

Facial Serum for Royals: The Story Behind the Blend

When I created this serum, I wanted more than just skincare—I wanted relief with elegance. Something that felt nourishing, protective, and radiant. Every ingredient was chosen with intention, and together they form a blend that supports your skin and your spirit.

🌿 Castor Oil

This oil is a quiet powerhouse. It improves circulation, reduces acne, and deeply moisturizes—helping your skin stay supple and clear. It’s known to fade blemishes, soothe sunburns, and gently slow the appearance of aging by supporting elasticity and hydration.

🌼 Mustard Seed Oil

Stimulating and protective, mustard seed oil boosts circulation and helps prevent fungal and bacterial skin infections. It’s also known to relieve symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism, promote muscle growth, and aid digestion. I included it for its warmth and its ability to support lymphatic flow and clarity.

🌸 Rosemary Essential Oil

Rosemary brings refreshing clarity. It helps reduce swelling, relieve headaches, and ward off colds. Its antioxidant properties help protect the skin from stress and environmental damage—another quiet contributor to graceful aging.

This blend isn’t just about skin—it’s about how you feel in your skin. I call it Facial Serum for Royals because I believe healing should feel beautiful. I’ve used this blend myself, and it’s become part of my daily ritual—gentle, grounding, and quietly transformative.

✨ Elegant relief for radiant skin—crafted to help you glow through every season of life.

Citrus bergamia

Bright, uplifting citrus with traditional calming uses

Bergamot, Body Wisdom, and One Unforgettable Lesson From My Garden

There are moments when the body speaks so loudly that you can’t help but listen. A few months ago, I accidentally ate a Belladonna Lily bulb thinking it was garlic. Yes — garlic. My body reacted instantly, and I learned a lesson I will never forget:

Never eat a flower bulb.

That experience made me pay closer attention to how the body responds when something doesn’t belong — and how certain essential oils have been traditionally used to support comfort during digestive upset. It also made me curious about Bergamot in a new way.

🌿 Why Bergamot Caught My Attention

Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) has always been cherished for its bright, uplifting fragrance and its ability to bring emotional steadiness. But after my Belladonna moment, I began noticing how often Bergamot appears in traditional herbal practice as a support for the stomach.

While essential oils don’t treat medical conditions, many people throughout history have used Bergamot to support:

  • grounding and emotional balance
  • relaxation and restful states
  • a sense of calm during stressful moments
  • general respiratory comfort
  • natural cleansing and deodorizing
  • soothing occasional muscle or joint tension
  • healthy‑looking skin
  • natural insect repelling
  • general digestive comfort

Historically, it has also been described as deodorant, vulnerary, vermifuge, antiseptic, antispasmodic, calming, and supportive of the body during moments of stomach discomfort.

I haven’t tried Bergamot for an upset stomach yet — but after reading its traditional profile, I’m

curious. And after what I experienced with my Essential Pain Relief blend, I’m paying attention.

Why Essential Oils Can Support the Stomach (Traditionally Speaking)

Essential oils don’t “fix” the stomach. They don’t cure illness. But they do influence the body in ways that support comfort.

Here’s why they help:

1. Aromas calm the nervous system

The gut and the brain are in constant conversation. When the aroma of an oil like Bergamot reaches the limbic system, the body often shifts out of panic and into calm — which can ease tension in the stomach.

2. Diluted topical application supports warmth and relaxation

Massaging diluted oils into the abdomen can help:

  • relax tight muscles
  • ease spasms
  • support natural digestive movement
  • bring warmth to cold, tense areas

3. Traditional digestive oils work in synergy

Oils like Bergamot, Peppermint, Ginger, Fennel, and Cardamom have long been used to support the stomach.

4. Blends address multiple layers at once

My Essential Pain Relief blend is a perfect example. It’s grounding, warming, calming, and soothing — which is why many people (myself included) find comfort during:

  • bloating
  • digestive discomfort
  • nausea
  • unsettled stomach

Again — not a cure. Just traditional support that helps the body settle.

Safety & Dilution — Stewardship in Every Drop

Essential oils are powerful, concentrated plant extracts. Using them with wisdom protects both the body and the blessing they carry.

General Safety

  • Always dilute before applying to skin
  • Avoid eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas
  • Patch test first
  • Keep away from children and pets
  • Avoid sunlight after applying citrus oils
  • Consult a qualified professional if pregnant or nursing

Dilution Guide

  • Everyday use (2%): 2 drops per teaspoon carrier
  • Targeted support (3–5%): 3–5 drops per teaspoon
  • Massage or large areas (1%): 1 drop per teaspoon
  • Sensitive skin (0.5%): 1 drop per 2 teaspoons

Carrier oils include coconut, jojoba, sweet almond, grapeseed, avocado, or your preferred blend.

Closing Reflection

Our bodies speak. Sometimes loudly. Sometimes gently. And when we listen — whether through a lesson in the garden or a drop of Bergamot on the wrist — we learn how to care for ourselves with wisdom and peace.

If you’d like to read the full story of my Belladonna moment, you can find it here: After reading this if you want to add Bergamot to your collection you can find it here:
