Carrier oil is Chamomile but it can be any oil you prefer. 

Usage Instructions

Apply with carrier oil to chest, throat, spine, or under nose. For mask wearers, place one drop inside the cover.

For children under 5 or those with sensitivities, use a higher dilution ratio—at least 3x carrier oil.

Use during seasonal exposure, indoor irritants, or congestion onset. Inhale gently, apply with discernment.
