Description

Calming, Invigorating, Warming, Cleansing, and Balance Mood and Mental Health

A guide dilution to start is 1% essential oils to 2 % carrier. For those with sensitivities try adding double carrier or half essential oil in your blending.

Pregnant women should not use essential oils generally, nor children under the age of 6 though their a a few that can be safely used. LAVENDER for instance, has been used in birthing rooms by diffusing into the air

Dilute lavender with a carrier oil like almond, coconut, or olive oil and use it for a lower back massage to help with muscle tension and relaxation. Some say that lavender essential oil and massage therapy can help with labor pain.
