All purchases made through The Kings Herbals, LLC are subject to the following policies:
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include PayPal or Square for in-person purchases, and PayPal for online orders. We are currently working to add Stripe as an additional online option for your convenience.
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the item showing the issue, along with proof that it remains unopened. In some cases, the item may need to be returned unopened at your expense before a refund or replacement can be issued. Failure to provide proof or follow the return process may result in a denial of refund.
We ship only within the United States and are currently unable to fulfill international orders. Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Kings Herbals, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or errors in the shipping address provided.
