SENSORY BLEND
Calming, Invigorating, Warming, Cleansing, and Balance Mood and Mental Health
A guide dilution to start is 1% essential oils to 2 % carrier. For those with sensitivities try adding double carrier or half essential oil in your blending.
Pregnant women should not use essential oils generally, nor children under the age of 6 though there are a few that can be safely used. LAVENDER, for instance, has been used in birthing rooms by diffusing into the air
Dilute lavender with a carrier oil like almond, coconut, or olive oil and use it for a lower back massage to help with muscle tension and relaxation. Some say that lavender essential oil and massage therapy can help with labor pain.

Start from the bottom up. In colder areas Myrrh has to be softened by letting it sit in very warm water for a few minutes. Myrrh comes from Commiphora myrrha, called myrrh, African myrrh, herabol myrrh, Somali myrrhor, common myrrh, is a tree in the Burseraceae family. It is one of the primary trees used in the production of myrrh, a resin made from dried tree sap.
